This is the privacy notice for the Feunara Studio website, not the separate RecFun desktop application.
What the forms save
Your email, selected language, app interest and request date. A project inquiry also saves the name, budget or timeline and description you choose to provide. Please do not include passwords, financial details or confidential files.
Email choices
Registering interest or requesting a download does not automatically enroll you in marketing. If you ask for updates, the exact wording, date and preference are saved as pending. This version sends no emails and does not verify mailbox ownership. Future commercial messages require the appropriate consent and a way to unsubscribe.
Storage and access
Requests are stored in a private SQLite database on the studio's DigitalOcean server; approved installers are kept in private server storage. Cloudflare provides DNS and proxies website traffic. The administration area is restricted to the configured studio owner. Hosting providers may process ordinary connection/security logs under their own policies.
Browser preferences
The language selector saves a necessary language preference cookie. There are no advertising pixels or third-party analytics integrated into this version. Owner sign-in uses a separate secure session cookie; visitors do not need to sign in.
Downloads
Approved installers use temporary access valid for ten minutes. The website records a download request, not proof that an installation or completed download happened. Expired access records are removed when requests are processed.
Questions, withdrawal or deletion
Use the project/contact form, choose Support, and describe your request. We may need to verify that the email belongs to you. A dedicated support email and final retention schedule are still being finalized during this early preview. Do not send sensitive personal information through the form.
